WORK PACKAGE ENGINEER

Description:

Responsible for developing, controlling, and monitoring work packages to support construction and yard production activities, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, quality, and schedule requirements through effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Project Management, or related discipline)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Work Package Engineer (fresh graduates may be considered for junior-level positions)
• Proficient in project planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of project management principles including scheduling, monitoring, controlling, and risk management
• Experienced in preparing WBS, S-Curve, MTO, resource histogram, and project progress reports
• Able to identify critical paths and analyze potential project delays
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Capable of working under tight deadlines in a dynamic project environment
• Willing to be assigned to project sites and committed to safety, quality, environmental protection, and ethical work practices
