PT Mitra Cakrawala International (MCI Group) is looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst & Support to join our growing team. This position will be based in Kuningan, South Jakarta. If you are passionate about IT systems, business process improvement, and user support, we'd love to hear from you!

IT Business Analyst & Support

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, IT Support, or IT Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of financing company business processes.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and basic IT infrastructure (network, hardware, and user management).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and document business requirements and business processes (BRD/FSD, AS-IS & TO-BE).
• Support development, configuration, and improvement of core financing systems.
• Conduct UAT and provide user support during system implementation.
• Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, and IT Holding.
• Ensure IT solutions comply with internal policies and OJK/POJK regulations.
• Serve as PIC for daily IT operations, including user support and troubleshooting.
• Manage IT infrastructure, user access, office networks, and IT assets.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and IT Holding for maintenance and system support.
