Assistant Laboratory

Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic water quality monitoring at least twice daily, including pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), water level, water color, temperature, and other relevant parameters.
• Perform chemical water quality analysis at least once a week, including TOM, alkalinity, plankton analysis, and other related indicators.
• Inspect shrimp post-larvae (PL) quality and prepare quality test reports prior to stocking activities in the culture ponds.
• Assist in weighing and preparing medications to be distributed and applied in aquaculture ponds.
• Record and monitor the availability and stock of laboratory equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Chemistry, Biology, Marine Science, Fisheries, or a related field.
• Minimum experience of one (1) cultivation cycle in shrimp farming or aquaculture operations.
• Possess strong knowledge of shrimp biology, plankton dynamics, shrimp farming management, as well as plankton culture and other microorganism cultivation methods.
• Proficient in data analysis and report preparation using Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to reside on-site at the shrimp farm location throughout the cultivation period in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).

 

Mechanical Electrical

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all farm equipment such as paddlewheels, generators, intake pumps, and HCP pumps operate properly.
• Perform maintenance on farm equipment including paddlewheel gearboxes, intake pumps, HCP pumps, generators, Sanyo pumps, freshwater pumps, and others.
• Comply with all Health & Safety procedures, and report any unsafe or unhealthy actions/conditions to supervisors or relevant parties.
• Prepare and update the recap of required farm equipment/machinery as well as those needing repair.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work, preferably in aquaculture operations.
• Skilled in electrical systems, water pumps, and plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Proficient in using electrical measuring tools (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.).
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS).
• Willing to reside at the shrimp farm site during the cultivation period in Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB).
