Environmental Officer

Overview:

This position requires a strong background in environmental reporting and compliance. Responsible for implementing environmental protection activities at the RKEF Smelter, ensuring compliance with standards, monitoring programs, training, campaigns, and promoting best practices to minimize pollution and environmental impact, in accordance with Company policies and Government regulations.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) of Environmental Science/Engineering or related field.
• Conduct periodic environmental inspections and follow-up on RKL/RPL monitoring per AMDAL/UKL/UPL standards.
• Manage the Environmental Management System (EMS) covering energy efficiency, waste management (B3 & non-B3), emissions, and water conservation.
• Update legal regulations, licenses, and work procedures related to environmental protection and management. Including environmental reporting via SIMPEL.
• ISO 14001 certification required, with knowledge in air pollution, B3 waste management, water control, and Life Cycle Perspective (LCP).
• Willing to be placed at our site in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi on a roster basis.
