HRD

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall HR functions (recruitment, HR administration, and industrial relations).
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Act as a liaison between expatriate management and local employees.
• Support manpower needs for PLTU operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Having experience in PLTU operations is an added value.
• Experience working in a Foreign Investment Company (PMA).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and industrial relations.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, BPJS, and HR administration.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Placement at the Head Office Jakarta.
