PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and electric motor vehicle batteries. We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following positions:

Mine Geology Project Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or 3 years of experience in exploration or mine planning.
• Strong understanding of Grade Control procedures, Ore Reconciliation, and Ore Quality Assurance.
• Proficient in sampling techniques.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Holder of a POP (First Level Mine Supervisor) Certificate.
• Mandatory proficiency in mining and geological software, such as QGIS, Micromine, Surpac, or other equivalent software.
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles:

• Conduct evaluation and provide recommendations to control nickel ore production activities in order to achieve the Company's quality targets within the project development area.
• Perform supervision and control of Grade Control and Ore Quality Assurance activities in designated project areas to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures.
• Provide recommendations for nickel ore blending from mining pits to stockpiles to achieve mining production targets.
• Conduct daily comparisons between planned block model mining results and actual mining outcomes.
• Prepare recommendations for mine-out areas based on sampling data and production data to achieve cost efficiency in mining operations.
