PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro (BGA Group) is one of the leading producers of palm oil and palm kernel in Indonesia. We have been listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange since 2012 with operations in Central and West Kalimantan, as well as Riau. We are currently opening our Management Trainee Program, known as the Basic Development Program (BDP).

Basic Development Program (BDP)

This program is designed to develop high-potential fresh graduates into future leaders who will strengthen our organization. We are looking for talented individuals for the following streams:

Open Positions:

• BDP Agronomy (BDP-A): Agronomy / Soil Science / Forestry / Agrotechnology (or related fields).
• BDP Engineering (BDP-E): Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive / Chemical Engineering (or related fields).
• BDP Administration (BDP-K): Economics / Accounting / Management / Finance / Agribusiness / Law (or related).

General Qualification:

• Fresh graduate in Bachelor Degree or maximum 2 years of experience.
• Minimum GPA 3.00.
• Willing to undergo basic development training (6 Months).
• Willing to be placed in Central / West Kalimantan.
