One of LX International subsidiaries, PT Mega Global Energy in Coal Mining Contractor industry is hiring for Business Development Staff. We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support our commercial activities and business growth.

Business Development Staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on coal trends, pricing, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain existing commercial database.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on commercial activities.
• Organize business meetings, maintain commercial calendars, and prepare meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with legal, FAT, and site operations teams to ensure commercial terms comply with business objectives.
• Receive and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materials.
• Provide back-up support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background (Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mining Engineering, or related fields).
• Proven experience or strong interest in business development within the coal mining industry.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in commercial data management.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Legal, FAT, and Site Operations).
