PT Merdeka Mining Servis subsidiary company of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is seeking experienced and qualified candidates who are willing to be placed in all site of Merdeka Group as IT System Administrator.

IT System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage systems (Domain Server, Active Directory, GPO), web-based app, data sharing, license servers, and system backups by prioritizing High Availability systems.
• Manage anti-virus and system vulnerabilities to keep systems reliable from threats.
• Create IT system documentation, IT Policy & Procedure, System Compliance, and build a system based on Business Process MMS.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT system Administrator, preferably in mining or construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), and virtualization.
• Experience with Active Directory, email systems, backup solutions, and system monitoring tools.
• Familiar with IT infrastructure in mining, construction, or multi-site environments (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven with any IT System related certified.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be placed in all site of Merdeka Group.
