PT GORONTALO MINERALS (BUMI RESOURCES MINERALS GROUP)

PT Gorontalo Minerals is currently seeking highly motivated and qualified professionals to join our team for several supervisor positions. We are looking for individuals who can contribute to our project excellence and growth.

Supervisor Document & Project Control

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Document Control and Project Control within the mining industry or heavy industry/project-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of document control systems, project scheduling tools (like Primavera P6 / MS Project / equivalent), and project reporting tools.
• Understanding of project control processes: scope, schedule, cost, risk, change control, and project reporting.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®; PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) or PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional) is preferred.
• Certified POP is preferred.
• Attention to detail and organizational discipline, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional project teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project control software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, document management systems).

Supervisor Land Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Land, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience in land management, land acquisition, or land administration.
• Good understanding of land regulations, land ownership documents, permits, and basic land mapping.
• Ability to coordinate with government agencies, landowners, and community stakeholders.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, documentation, and problem-solving.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and able to work independently or lead small teams.
• Proactive, disciplined, and well-organized.
• Strong teamwork and leadership capability.
• Willing to travel for field verification and coordination activities.
