INTERNAL JOB VACANCY. PT Merdeka Mining Servis (Merdeka Copper Gold Group) is currently seeking a professional to join the Pani Gold Mine project in Gorontalo for the following position:

Project Control Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and control project schedules and costs to ensure alignment with approved project baselines.
• Prepare and analyze project schedules, S-Curves, progress reports, and performance indicators.
• Manage project cost control including budgeting, forecasting, cost to complete (CTC), and cost at completion (CAC).
• Identify schedule and cost variances, analyze risks, and recommend corrective and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project data, reporting, and alignment.
• Utilize project control systems and tools (including Primavera) to support planning and reporting activities.
• Provide accurate and timely project control reports to support management decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Project Construction as Project Control.
• Responsible to manage project schedule & project cost.
• Strong knowledge in project schedule & mining construction processes.
• Ability to work in team and possess strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for work to all site of Merdeka Group if required.
