Support Risk Management Department by developing and implementing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, coordinating enterprise-wide risk identification and monitoring, and ensuring effective risk reporting to management and the governing body. Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management standards and work closely with business units to embed risk controls into core processes.

Risk Management Officer

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction, and/or Mining industries is considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of Risk Management in the Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction and/or Mining industries.
• Knowledge of Risk Management framework and ERM process, activities, and governance (e.g., ISO 31000).
• Hold certification in the Risk Management area (CRMO, CRMP, or others) will be highly considered.
• Experienced in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) platforms and / or Microsoft 365 tools such as Office apps, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.
