PT. LX International Indonesia is hiring for HSE Management Professional with details as follow:

HSE Management Professional

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute health, safety and environment plans in the workplace.
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
• Develop and execute procedures and facilities to assess risk and law compliance
• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
• Establish and respond to emergency situations
• Investigate accidents / incidents to discover immediate and root causes
• Monitor performances performed
• Verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the HSE management system
• Prepare and execute the management review
• Inspect and audit the workplaces

Candidate Requirements:

• Holds at least Bachelor's degree, majoring in Occupational Safety & Health, Environment from reputable universities
• Having at least 8 years of working experiences in HSE field and 2 years as Supervisor/Assistant Manager level (preferably from Site Construction, Manufacturing, and Mining Business)
• Having work certificate related to HSE field
• Fluent in English (both Written and Spoken) is a MUST
• Willing to be placed in SCBD, South Jakarta area
• Willing to do frequent Business Trip to our sites in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Sumatera
