PT. Hastari Jaya Sentosa hiring for our Team as:

 

Drafter Highway Officer

Qualification:

• Minimum education Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
• Previous experience as a Highway Drafter is an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Good understanding of Highway Design Drawings (alignment, cross sections, pavement details, and drainage)
• Able to understand, process, and execute survey data (topographic survey, as-built survey, field measurements)
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, communicative, and able to work well in a team
• Able to work in a project/site environment and under pressure
• Willing to be assigned to project locations
• Willing to work under a roster system (8: 1)

Job Description:

• Prepare Highway and Drainage Shop Drawings based on design documents and actual site conditions
• Prepare Highway and Drainage As-Built Drawings based on field survey data and construction records
• Process and update survey data (alignment, elevations, cross sections) into construction drawings
• Revise drawings based on instructions from Site Engineer, BIM Engineer, and Consultants
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and comply with project standards
• Coordinate actively with Site Engineers, BIM Engineers, Consultants, and site teams
• Prepare, manage, and archive drawing documentation (shop drawings and as-built drawings)

 

Safety Officer

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a related field
• Possess a valid General OHS Expert Certificate (Ahli Muda K3 Konstruksi - Ministry of Manpower of Indonesia)
• Strong understanding and ability to implement SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001
• Hold supporting certificates: First Aid / P3K, Fire Fighting, Working at Height, Scaffolding
• Good knowledge of occupational safety and environmental regulations
• Able to work under pressure and in high-risk environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Good communication skills, firm, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Willing to work under a roster system (8: 1)

Job Description:

• Conduct site inspections and identify potential hazards
• Perform risk assessments and implement risk control measures
• Develop and implement OHS SOPs and Permit to Work systems
• Conduct Safety Induction, training sessions, and toolbox meetings
• Carry out safety patrols and internal safety audits
• Handle and investigate workplace incidents and accidents
• Prepare HSE reports and documentation
• Coordinate with management, workers, contractors, and relevant authorities
