Location: Setiabudi, South Jakarta
Work Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Rp 15.000.000
HR Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruitment plans based on the business needs of the Indonesia branch.
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring processes.
- Training & Development
- Conduct annual training needs analysis and implement training programs.
- Support the development of competency models and talent pipeline planning.
- Performance Management
- Assist in implementing the performance management system.
- Support performance communication, data collection, and result analysis.
- Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage employee relations and employment contracts in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with BPJS and other statutory social security programs.
- Assist in handling employee grievances and compliance-related cases.
- HR & Administration
- Handle daily HR administrative tasks, including attendance, leave management, and personnel records.
- Manage office administration, asset registration, and office procurement.
- Assist in organizing company events, meeting arrangements, and cross-department coordination
- Organizational Support
- Support company policies, culture development, and cross-cultural communication initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management or headquarters.
Job Requirements:
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or related fields
- Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience; experience in oil & gas, energy, or engineering industries is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, training, performance management, and HR administration.
- Legal & Professional Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS regulations.
- Ability to independently manage HR compliance and employee relations matters.
- Language & Communication
- Fluent in English as a working language.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Personal Attributes
- High sense of responsibility, strong execution skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong alignment with company culture and willingness for long-term development.
