PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. is looking for several position to join our Human Resources Team!

 

Talent Acquisition Specialist (TA)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree of Psychology from reputable university
• Have 2-3 years of relevant experience in HeadHunter or Recruiting position (preferable exp in Property Industry).
• Strong understanding of interview techniques, sourcing tools, and assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with psychological assessments and test administration

 

Organization Development Specialist (OD)

Qualifications:

• Must have minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology
• 1-2 years experience in Organizational Development. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, interpersonal and collaborative
• Familiar in creating organizational structure, job description, job analysis, job evaluation, and manpower planning (preferable)

 

Learning & Development Specialist (LD)

Qualifications:

• Must have minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology
• Min. have 2 years working experiences as Corporate Trainer
