PT Trust Certified International, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa inspeksi dan survey, membuka kesempatan bagi profesional di bidang SDM untuk bergabung sebagai HRGA Staff guna mendukung operasional kantor cabang di Samarinda.

Lokasi Penempatan: Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur

HRGA Staff - Branch Samarinda

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (Psychology/ Law/ Management or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as HRGA Generalist.
• Good Knowledge of HRGA Administration.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Proficient with Ms Office.
• Tough person and can adapt to a dynamic environment.
• A person with high initiative, loyalty and integrity.
• Willing to work in Samarinda (Note: Sesuai kebutuhan cabang).

Responsibilities:

• Manage HR administration related to employee database, attendance, leave, medical claim, business trips, and other expenses.
• Manage Recruitment process and GA facilities for the hiring of qualified job applications.
• Handle facility management, vendors, and permits (OSS/BKPM/SIINas, and etc).
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and service.
