Recruitment Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions (staff to supervisor level).
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct CV screening, interviews (phone, online, face-to-face), and assessments when required.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and job specifications.
• Maintain and update recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
• Handle employer branding activities (job fairs, university partnerships, online campaigns).
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and collaborate with HR team for orientation.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written) - Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
• Familiar with recruitment platforms, job portals, and networking methods (LinkedIn, job fairs, etc.).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (advantage).
