PT LBM Energi Baru Indonesia is currently looking for a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Officer to join our growing team. This is an urgent hiring, and we invite qualified candidates to apply immediately.

Recruitment Specialist
Job Descriptions:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions (staff to supervisor level).
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct CV screening, interviews (phone, online, face-to-face), and assessments when required.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and job specifications.
- Maintain and update recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
- Handle employer branding activities (job fairs, university partnerships, online campaigns).
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process and collaborate with HR team for orientation.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written) - Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
- Familiar with recruitment platforms, job portals, and networking methods (LinkedIn, job fairs, etc.).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (advantage).
