We are seeking an experienced Production & Project Manager to oversee production planning, project execution, and operational performance within the oil & gas industry. This role plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and operational processes run efficiently.

Production & Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production planning and project execution.
• Oversee daily operational and production activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, warehouse, and site teams to ensure material readiness and smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, costs, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Prepare operational and project reports for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of production processes, project execution, and inventory planning.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and project-based environment.
