As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by expanding our market presence and building strong client relationships across Indonesia.
Location: Balikpapan, East Kalimantan
Business Development Representative
Key Requirements:
- Identify and qualify new business prospects through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
- Track competitor activities and provide market insights for strategic planning.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer database.
What we're looking for:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the pumps or mining support industry.
- Proven success in developing and closing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willing to be based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, and travel as needed.
- Familiarity with Kalimantan market dynamics is an advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working knowledge of English.
