Mining Job Vacancy Limonite Ore Transport Road Maintenance and Environmental Compliance Foreman Pt Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral

PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and electric motor vehicle batteries.

We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following positions:

 

Limonite Ore Transport Foreman

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mining, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in mine haulage operations.
• Knowledge of transport management and traffic safety in mining.
• Leadership skills with ability to supervise large team of drivers.
• Willing to work on site with shift system.
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

 

Road Maintenance Foreman

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in road construction or maintenance within a mining or heavy industry environment.
• Strong understanding of road design and maintenance principles, including drainage, compaction, and slope stability.
• Hands-on experience in operating or supervising the use of heavy equipment for road maintenance.
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

 

Environmental Compliance Foreman

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science.
• 1-2 years experience in environmental compliance, preferably in mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, permits, and compliance requirements (AMDAL, RKL-RPL, SML).
• Possess relevant environmental training or certification (e.g. POP).
• Willing to work onsite in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi with roster 6:2 weeks.
