PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (BSSR), established in 1990, began as a coal trader before starting production in 2011 at Loa Janan, East Kalimantan. Its subsidiary, PT Antang Gunung Meratus (AGM), operates a 22,433-hectare coal mine in Tapin, South Kalimantan.

Coal Quality Supervisor

PT ANTANG GUNUNG MERATUS (AGM) - BARAMULTI GROUP

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in coal quality control, coal preparation, or laboratory operations within the mining industry.
• Proven experience working in contractor mining or mining owner companies is required.
• Strong understanding of coal quality parameters (TM, IM, Ash, VM, GCV, TS, HGI) and coal sampling & testing standards.
• Solid knowledge of coal blending, stockpile management, and quality assurance processes.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills in data analysis and quality reporting.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate effectively with operations, mine planning, loading, and marketing teams.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills to manage inspectors, samplers, and lab personnel.
• Proficient in Excel/Spreadsheets for coal quality monitoring and reporting.
• Location based: South Kalimantan.
