PROJECT ENGINEERING COORDINATOR

Responsible for coordinating engineering documents and activities to ensure timely issuance, technical compliance, and alignment with project schedules, supporting fabrication, construction, and installation activities in Oil & Gas projects.

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Structural / Electrical / Instrumentation or equivalent).
• 5-8 years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Fabrication / Offshore engineering projects.
• Proven experience in Engineering Document Management, including Document Register and document status IFR / IFC / AFC aligned with the project schedule.
• Strong knowledge of Jacket and Topside engineering and the application of design to fabrication, construction, and installation.
• Ability to define engineering document priorities and prepare 2-week look-ahead plans.
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, including coordination with cross-functional teams and Clients.
• Strong technical analysis and risk mitigation skills related to design delays and project progress.
• Disciplined, high integrity, team-oriented, and able to work under project-driven targets.
