Lowongan Kerja Offshore Field Engineer PT Timas Suplindo Proyek Upstream EPCIC

We are currently looking for a qualified Field Engineer (Offshore) to join our offshore project team.

Field Engineer - Offshore

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Offshore Oil & Gas Projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Marine, or related field)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on offshore projects (upstream, subsea, or EPCIC)
• Strong understanding of offshore construction, installation, and commissioning activities
• Familiar with offshore standards and practices (PTW, HSE regulations, SIMOPS, JSA)
• Experience in preparing technical reports, method statements, work packs, or site documentation
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE, vendors)
• Able to interpret technical drawings (P&ID, GA, Isometric, SLD, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills during field execution
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with engineering/ technical software
• Willing to work offshore on rotational schedule
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Support offshore construction, installation, and commissioning activities
• Coordinate between onshore engineering teams and offshore site execution teams
• Assist in resolving field engineering issues and provide technical guidance
• Ensure all work is executed in compliance with project specifications and safety requirements
• Monitor daily progress and prepare accurate field reports
• Assist in inspections, testing, and verification of installed equipment
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and supervisors for technical follow-up
• Ensure documentation, permits, and work packs are properly managed
