We Are #HIRING Our Client is looking for a:

CHIEF HSE (Palm Oil Industry)

Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Industrial Engineering/ Environment Engineering/Safety Engineering/Equivalent Major is advantage
2. Certified AK3 Umum Kemenaker RI, able to conduct incident investigation
3. Certified of Auditor SMK3 is advantage, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015
4. Have Experience as HSE Manager in Palm Oil Industry at least 5 years.
5. Have a knowledge legal & goverment regulations related Safety, Health & Environment
6. Good leadership, communication skill, & good personality
7. Strong analytical and problem solving skill
8. Understand SMK3, ISO 9001: 2008 and OHSAS procedure
9. Familiar to develop HSE Report/Document: KPI, HSE Plan, JSA, HIRADC etc
10. Proficient in English is a MUST
