SUPERVISOR HRGA

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Management/Law;
• Having at least 2 years experience in the same position or a minimum of 5 years as HRGA in the port/plant/manufacture/mining industry is a must;
• Understand HR regulations and government regulations related to employment in the port/plant/manufacturing and mining sector;
• Strong understanding of compensation structures, payroll systems, and employee benefits administration. Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and social security regulations.
• Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Having experience in Industrial Relations dispute settlement, including handling labor unions, developing Company Regulations and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB), and managing the effectiveness of Bipartite Cooperation Institutions (LKS Bipartite).
• Able to carry out HR and GA administration
• Able to build good communication with employees, company management, government agencies, local communities;
• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with roster system 8 (working): 2 (off).
