Urgently need:

HR COORDINATOR

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management (Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or other related).
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years of experience as HR Coordinator or Supervisor.
• Experience Human Resources in Industrial sector. Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, Labor laws, Industrial Relation, and human resources best practices.
• Experience in managing Payroll, Tax, Employee Benefits, and Training Development.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing Human Resources strategies aligned with Company goals.
• Understand and experience implementing Quality Management System. Certified in ISO 9001 is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to join immediately.
• Domiciled in Indonesia.
