We serve worldwide oil and gas clients by providing services in Seatrium engineering, procurement, construction, transportation, installation and commissioning. At PT SMOE Indonesia, offshore platforms, modules, jackets and FPSOs are our business. We are seeking qualified, high integrity and energetic person to fulfill the following positions:

 

Asst Engineering Manager

• Bachelor Degree in engineering is a must.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas industry and 5+ years of experience as Asst Engineering Manager.
• Proven work experience in coordinating project engineering activities and issuing progress reports.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and motivation skills.
• Familiar with reviewing drawings, schedules, specifications, and permits.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and construction standards.

 

COATING SPECIALIST

• Associate Degree in Engineering preferred or relevant Technical discipline.
• Certified in NACE Level 3, AMPP level 3, BGAS-CSWIP Level 1, or FROSIO Level 3.
• At least 4 years experienced as Coating Specialist in Fabrication/Construction (Oil & Gas).
• Comprehensive knowledge in Painting, Coating, and corrosion.
• Familiar with preparing Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and surface preparation procedures.
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

 

Construction Manager

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in EPCC module projects.
• Understand Shipbuilding roles, regulations, and classification societies (ABS / MODU).
• Experience managing from design phase through commissioning.
• Enforce HSE Focus (IOGP/HIRA) and manage construction progress against schedule.
• Good in verbal and written communication in English.

 

Lead Structural Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years as Lead or Senior Structural Engineer.
• Strong experience in offshore/onshore structures, lifting arrangements, and fabrication procedures.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and SACS.
• Preferably having jacket fabrication and installation experience.
• Prioritize in Batam domicile.

 

PROJECT QUALITY MANAGER

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferred.
• At least 10 years' experience in the same position (Fabrication, Construction, Oil & Gas).
• Possess Lead Auditor QMS ISO 9001 certificate.
• Familiar with ITP, Project Quality Procedures, Codes & Standards.
• Good technical understanding of welding, NDT, Coating, and Fabrication.

 

QA ENGINEER

• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• At least 3 years' experience as QA Engineer in Oil & Gas fabrication.
• Certified in QMS ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
• Strong knowledge of specific codes: ASME, API, AWS.
• Able to generate Project Quality Procedures and manage QA/QC methodologies.

 

SENIOR DRAFTER/ METHOD

• Associate Degree in Engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience as Senior Drafter in Fabrication/Construction.
• Strong drawing & visualization skills (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, SolidWorks, 3D Modelling).
• Deep knowledge of Industry Standards, Codes, Regulations, and Construction methods.

 

Senior Planner

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 5-10 years hands-on experience with P6 Oracle Primavera (v15.6 or latest).
• Experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling complex EPCIC projects.
• Having knowledge with fabrication planning concepts and implementation.
• Able to communicate and write reports in English.

 

Subcontract Lead

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalents.
• At least 3 years' experience in Fabrication/Construction as Subcontract Lead.
• Experience in Lead RFQ processes, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor Subcontractor performance and manage risks/claims.
• Prioritize in Batam domicile.
