We Are Looking For

OPERATION COORDINATOR

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Academy, Marine Engineering or equivalent
• Min 2 years of experience in Operation area, preferably in Shipping Company
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Detail oriented, well organized, energic and active person
• Highly disciplined, able to work in a team, proactive in reporting and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Placed at Head Office - South Jakarta and willing to be assigned to other locations depending on business needs.
• Available to join immediately or on short notice

Job Description

• Plan and monitor vessel targets and ensure effective execution strategies
• Supervise vessel operations and ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Ensure smooth daily operations and handle customer/principal communication
• Maintain operational cost and manage cash flow related to vessel activities
• Proactively inform principals about port conditions, regulations and cost estimations
• Supervise team members, conduct regular meetings and visits to principals or stakeholders to strengthen collaboration
