Supervisor Civil Structural Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil/structural engineering
• Experience in mining infrastructure, industrial facilities, or construction projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, analysis, and construction standards.
• Proficient in reading and reviewing engineering drawings (structural, civil, and architectural). Hands-on experience with structural design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and modeling tools (Revit/SAP preferred).
• Knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation design, concrete and steel structures.
• Understanding of construction methods, quality control, and inspection procedures.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and civil/structural compliance.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel for field verification and coordination activities.

 

 

Supervisor Electrical Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional engineering certification is an advantage (e.g., K3/AK3 Listrik).
• Additional training in electrical safety, power systems, or PLC is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineer
• Experience in mining, infrastructure, industrial facilities, or construction projects preferred.
• Proven experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems (LV, MV, HV, power distribution, motor control, lighting, grounding, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, calculation, and system analysis.
• Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP/Power Tools, or equivalent.
• Understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (PUIL, SNI, IEC, NFPA/NEC are a plus).
• Ability to read/interpret electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and control wiring.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methods.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel for field verification and coordination activities.

 

 

Supervisor Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance (preventive/corrective), and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings (mechanical, P&ID).
• Proficiency in Sketchup, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc is a plus.
• Have technical certifications (Mechanical, POP/POM, or other relevant certifications) are considered an advantage
• Knowledge of safety standards and mechanical inspections.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel for field verification and coordination activities.

 

 

Drafter

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
• Additional technical drawing or CAD certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Drafter in construction, mining, infrastructure, architectural, or industrial projects.
• Experience in preparing technical drawings, as-built drawings, and revisions.
• Familiar with additional software such as Revit, SketchUp, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, or similar is a strong advantage.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of basic engineering concepts (civil, mechanical, or electrical depending on discipline).
• Ability to create detailed drawings, layouts, sections, isometric drawings, and material take-off.
• Understanding of drawing standards, layers, scales, and dimensioning.
• Familiar with construction methods and field conditions is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel for field verification and coordination activities.

 

 

Admin Assistant

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Management, Business, or related field.
• Additional training in office administration is an advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Experience in document handling, scheduling, and office coordination preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage documents, filing systems, and data entry with high accuracy.
• Familiar with email etiquette and administrative correspondence.
• Basic understanding of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Good teamwork and service-oriented mindset.
• High integrity and confidentiality.
