POSISI TERBUKA:

Mining Administration Senior Officer (Code: MIN - ADM)

Persyaratan:

• Pendidikan Sarjana (S1) dari semua jurusan, dengan preferensi Hukum, Manajemen, atau Administrasi Bisnis.
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3-5 tahun di bidang administrasi, dengan setidaknya 2 tahun di industri pertambangan dan pengalaman memimpin tim.
• Terbiasa mengelola roster seluruh crew, timesheet unit, serta laporan penutupan akhir bulan.
• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan memiliki pemahaman yang baik terhadap sistem Pronto.
• Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
• Teliti, detail, serta memiliki kemampuan analisa data yang kuat.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Memastikan seluruh administrasi berjalan sesuai SOP dan kebijakan perusahaan.
• Mengelola arsip dan database operasional secara rapi, akurat, dan mudah diakses.
• Mengatur penggunaan alat berat dan roster seluruh crew.
• Menyiapkan laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan untuk manajemen.
• Mengelola dokumen kontraktor tambang, termasuk invoice, progress kerja, dan data pendukung.
• Memverifikasi klaim biaya dan dokumen pembayaran sesuai prosedur.

 

Warehouse & Logistic Senior Supervisor (Code: SCM - WHLG)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Management, Industrial Engineering, or Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in logistics, materials management, and supply chain operations within the mining industry and construction projects.
• Background in a supervisory role is required.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications.
• Demonstrated capability in leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Warehouse & Logistics plans are executed in full alignment with established strategies.
• Manage and evaluate stock and non-stock materials to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate and supervise daily inventory cycle counts of various assets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Warehouse & Logistics operations.
• Oversee processing of purchase requests, goods receiving reports, and inventory requisitions.

 

AUTO ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (Code: MAIN - AES)

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automotive Electrical.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in heavy equipment electrical maintenance.
• At least a supervisory role within a mining environment.
• Strong knowledge of CANBUS, ECU, alternator/starter systems, and diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with CAT ET, Komatsu KDP, Hitachi Dr ZX, and Volvo Tech Tool.
• Certified in First-Level Operational Supervisor (POP) and Electrical Competency.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Auto Electricians and Electrical Technicians managing daily maintenance.
• Oversee advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Excavators, Dump Trucks, Dozers, Graders, and Loaders.
• Evaluate technical competency of the maintenance team and recommend training programs.
• Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports on equipment availability and breakdowns.

 

QAQC Foreman (Code: TS - QAQC)

Qualifications:

• Minimum Senior High School or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering.
• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC).
• Proficient in MS Office and Avenza Map application.
• Strong fieldwork capability with high attention to detail.
• Must hold a valid driving license (SIM A).
• Ahli Muda Geoteknik Certificate is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring QAQC activities at embankment area and verifying material quality.
• Lead compaction QAQC in waste dump and other company facilities.
• Coordinating with soil lab technicians for laboratory testing.
• Monitoring the stability of fill areas (visual inspection, settlement).
• Ensuring compaction procedures comply with design specifications and geotechnical standards.

 

Geotechnical Engineer (Code: TS - GE)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mining Engineering (Geotechnical focus preferred).
• Up to 4 years of experience in mining geotechnics and/or construction earthworks.
• Familiar with geotechnical software (Gem4D, Qgis, Rocscience, GeoStudio, Plaxis, Surpac, Deswik, Global Mapper, Leapfrog, etc.).
• Strong fieldwork capability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in pit/construction/mine areas under various site conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Support Geotechnical and Hydrogeology projects onsite.
• Integrate geological data into kinematic and slope stability analyses.
• Conduct Geotechnical mapping, drilling, and logging.
• Design and execute slope stability monitoring programs.
• Implement comprehensive QAQC compaction procedures for Waste dumps and TSF.

 

Drill Rig Specialist (Code: MIN - DRS)

Qualifications:

• Minimum education Senior High School or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or as a Drill & Blast Foreman.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Drill Operator.
• Possess a valid First Operational Supervisor Certificate (POP).
• Proficient in English with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare drilling sites in accordance with designs and standard procedures.
• Conduct inspections and testing of drilling parameters to ensure maximum performance.
• Control the quality of drill consumables supplied by contractors.
• Provide professional training to Drill Crew members aligned with the competency matrix.
• Prepare and submit accurate drilling reports prior to shift handover.
