Oil & Gas - Equipment & Services Company (PCHSI)

Location: Jakarta (Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations)

HSE OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in Oil & Gas, industrial services, construction, or equipment services.
• AK3 Umum certification is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (K3 Migas, SMK3).
• Experience in preparing JSA, HIRADC, PTW, and incident reports.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and firm decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs across office, warehouse, workshop, and project sites.
• Conduct regular HSE inspections and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Identify workplace hazards and perform risk assessments (HIRADC/JSA).
• Prepare and manage Permit to Work (PTW) and other safety documentation.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, including corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and HSE training.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian K3 regulations and Oil & Gas client standards.
• Support internal and external HSE audits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
