Location: Offshore Drilling Operations (Site)

Wellsite Geologist

General Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Geology.
• 15+ years of experience as a Wellsite Geologist with reputable/major O&G companies.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and well completion/logging software.
• Mandatory T-BOSIET (OPITO Approved) with at least 1 year of validity.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.

Specific Must-Have Requirements:

• Extensive experience (min. 3 wells) drilling in karstified carbonate formations, total losses, high vibration conditions, including stuck pipe and/or pack-off.
• Extensive experience (min. 3 wells) in overpressure intervals, including handling ballooning / well breathing phenomena.
• Skilled in real-time detection of pore pressure and wellbore instability.
• Strong capability in making proactive operational decisions using logging and drilling data.
