POSISI TERBUKA:

1. HR Payroll (Level Officer)

2. SPV HR Payroll (Level Supervisor)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience (for position 1: HR Payroll Officer).
• Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience (for position 2: SPV HR Payroll Supervisor).
• Basic understanding of labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain updated payroll records and employee data as per company policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax requirements, and statutory deductions.
• Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.
• Support month-end payroll reconciliation and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
