Management Support Officer (Code: HR - MSO)
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma III or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Management, Business, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or management support role.
- Experience working directly with senior management is an advantage.
- Proficient English and strong professional communication skills, oral and written.
- Excellent time management, organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in preparing documents, reports, and formal correspondence.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of basic problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations.
- Manage executive schedules, meeting agendas, and activity planning accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, draft, and manage official documents, reports, and correspondence for management.
- Organize and coordinate meeting requirements, including invitations, presentation materials, minutes of meeting, and follow-up actions.
- Act as a liaison between management and internal departments or external parties.
- Maintain a well-structured documentation and filing system (both physical and digital).
- Handle travel administration for management, including ticket bookings, accommodations, and travel expense processing.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential company information with high discretion.
Safety & People Development Instructor (Code: HR - SPDI)
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma III from all majors, preferably bachelor's degree in education, or mining-related majors.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer for non-technical trainings, preferably experienced in mining companies.
- In-depth knowledge of non-technical trainings commonly used in mining operations.
- Having Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications equal to TOT lv 4 BNSP.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
- Familiar with computer's software such as Microsoft Office, designing software, and other supporting software to create interactive presentations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, particularly in mining industry.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations.
- Deliver safety and non-technical training programs.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Assess participants' learning through quizzes, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with certification requirements.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees for continuous improvement in non-technical skills.
- Identify opportunities to enhance training methods and incorporate innovative learning techniques.
