Loker EPCI & Heavy Construction 2026: QC Inspector & Engineer Civil PT Meitech Eka Bintan

 

PT Meitech Eka Bintan (Subsidiary of PT Meindo Elang Indah) - EPC Oil & Gas

Willing to work in project site / fabrication yard environment

 

1. QC INSPECTOR CIVIL

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as QC Inspector in oil & gas / EPC / heavy construction projects.
• CSWIP 3.1 (Civil/Structural) or equivalent certification.
• Familiar with ACI, ASTM, BS, ISO standards related to civil works.
• Able to read and interpret civil & structural drawings and ITP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct inspections for civil and structural works in accordance with approved ITPs, drawings, and project specifications.
• Monitor concrete activities and basic testing.
• Prepare and maintain QC documentation including WIR (Work Inspection Request), MIR (Material Inspection Request), NCR, punch lists, and daily inspection reports.
• Coordinate with QC Engineers and construction teams.

 

1. QC ENGINEER CIVIL

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of QC experience in oil & gas / EPC / heavy industry projects.
• Certified CSWIP 3.1/3.2, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and/or ASNT NDT Level II (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ACI, ASTM, BS, ISO standards related to civil and concrete works.
• Experienced in concrete testing (slump test, compressive strength, cube/core test).
• Proficient in reading civil drawings, IFC drawings, and project specifications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients and project stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform quality control for civil and structural works in line with project specifications and standards.
• Implement ITPs and conduct site inspections.
• Review material submittals and maintain QC documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and inspectors.
• Support construction teams in resolving quality issues.
