Willing to work onsite in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Open Positions:

 

Mine Operation Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related disciplines
• **POP Certification (mandatory)**
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as Mine Operation Supervisor (or 3-5 years for SMA/SMK)
• Strong knowledge of Good Mining Practice, mining methods, and heavy equipment operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; mining software is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Committed to K3 & environmental compliance

Key Roles:

• Coordinate and supervise daily mining operations in accordance with Daily Work Instruction
• Monitor production achievement and equipment utilization to meet targets
• Ensure all operational areas comply with safety and environmental standards
• Conduct safety briefings (P5M), inspections, and hazard identification
• Coordinate with Survey, Geology, OHSE, and contractors
• Provide coaching and performance evaluation for subordinates

 

Mine Operation Foreman

Requirements:

• Minimum SMA/SMK or D3/S1 in Mining, Geology, or related fields
• Preferably POP certified
• Minimum 1 year experience as Foreman (D3/S1) or 3 years (SMA/SMK)
• Good understanding of mining operations, fleet control, and field supervision
• Able to operate LV (SIM A required)
• Strong leadership, discipline, and adaptability
• Committed to K3 & environmental compliance

Key Roles:

• Lead and control daily production activities based on Daily Work Instruction
• Monitor hourly production using CCR data and resolve field constraints
• Ensure operators perform P2H before equipment operation
• Conduct safety briefings and field inspections
• Control manpower attendance and operational readiness
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and Grade Control teams

 

Production Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in Production Engineering within mining operations
• POP Certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of mining production planning, reporting, and cost control
• Proficient in Mine Design & Mapping Software (Vulcan, ArcGIS, Excel); scheduling software is an advantage (SPRY, Alastri)
• Good communication skills, including active English proficiency
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and time management
• Committed to K3 & environmental compliance

Key Roles:

• Evaluate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly mining production reports
• Coordinate cross-departmental data for consolidated monthly reporting
• Conduct weekly performance reviews in accordance with contract scope
• Review and validate actual mining costs, including rentals and contractor costs
• Prepare and coordinate monthly mining plans
• Ensure alignment between weekly execution plans and monthly production targets
• Assess performance and suitability at predefined evaluation periods

 

Surveyor

Requirements:

• D3/S1 Survey Mapping/Geomatics/Geodesy /Geophysics
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in mining survey
• Skilled in GPS Geodetic, Total Station, Drone Survey
• Proficient in Surpac, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Global Mapper, Micromine
• High stamina, teamwork, and accuracy in field work
• Committed to K3 & environmental compliance

Key Roles:

• Conduct survey mapping and measurement for mining operations
• Perform stake out, resurvey, topographic pick-up, and BM measurement
• Process raw survey data and prepare daily progress reports
• Ensure accuracy of field data and design implementation
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure readiness
• Coordinate with Mine Operation, Mine Plan, and Infrastructure teams

 

Grade Control Foreman

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Mining Engineering or Geology
• Experience 1-3 years in Grade Control/ Ore Quality Control (Nickel mining preferred)
• Strong understanding of sampling, ore-waste separation, and ore blending
• Knowledge of block model, pit design, and reconciliation
• Strong analytical, coordination, and leadership skills
• Committed to K3 & environmental compliance

Key Roles:

• Supervise grade control and ore quality activities in pit and stockpile
• Ensure ore sampling, data pickup, and grade accuracy
• Control ore blending to meet production quality targets
• Coordinate with Survey, Mine Operation, and Mine Plan teams
• Prepare daily production and sampling reports
• Recommend selective mining areas and operational improvements
