Senior Specialist Organization Development

Penempatan: Cilandak - South Jakarta

REQUIREMENT:

• S1 in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field (S2 preferred)
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in organizational development, business process, strategy management or a related HR function (prior experience within a coal contracting firm is highly preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data- driven decisions
• Proficiency in workforce analytics tools, HRIS and advanced Excel skills (SAP SuccessFactor is advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, include senior leadership
• Detailed-oriented with strong organization and documentation skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Facilitate in the design and implementation of organization structures to support organizational change and development initiatives
• Develop and maintain detailed and accurate job descriptions and job classifications for all positions within organization
• Utilize job evaluation methodologies and frameworks to ensure consistency and fairness in job classification
• Develop and maintain workforce planning models to inform recruitment, retention and succession planning strategies
• Lead or support projects related to organization development and workforce planning ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and on budget
• Work closely with senior leadership, HR, business leaders and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective organizational design
