Project Manager

Work placement at the PT. Global Energitama site, TBR - Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan.

Requirements

• Formal Education (minimum) Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Mining, Geology, Geodesy, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the mining services/mining contractor industry.
• Possess a certificate/training in POM.
• Hold a Project Management Certificate.
• Preferably experienced in the implementation and execution of mineral mining projects, especially open-pit mining, as well as in the mining, construction, mineral, and mining services industries.
• Strong leadership skills, high motivation, and integrity.
• Strong analytical thinking, high initiative, and data- and fact-oriented.

Job Description

Responsible for leading the overall project site operations within the assigned area and ensuring the successful implementation of mining management activities - including production, profitability, productivity, efficiency, and other key performance aspects - at the project site, in alignment with the plans and targets established by the company.
