RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATION

REPLACEMENT 3 MONTHS MATERNITY LEAVE

QUALIFICATION:

  • Female
  • Minimum S1 education.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist.
  • Able to communicate basic English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant, professional appearance and attitude

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greet visitors, and answer incoming phone calls.
  • Manage meeting schedules, room bookings, and coordinate meeting requirements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and ensure proper distribution.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Help support office operational needs, including office supplies
  • Prepare simple administrative reports when required.
