RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATION
REPLACEMENT 3 MONTHS MATERNITY LEAVE
QUALIFICATION:
- Female
- Minimum S1 education.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist.
- Able to communicate basic English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant, professional appearance and attitude
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Greet visitors, and answer incoming phone calls.
- Manage meeting schedules, room bookings, and coordinate meeting requirements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and ensure proper distribution.
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Help support office operational needs, including office supplies
- Prepare simple administrative reports when required.
