Lokasi penempatan: Konawe, Sulawesi Tenggara (Site Placement)

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an HRGA Supervisor at our project site. If you have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of Human Resources and General Affairs, and are ready to work on-site, this position is for you!

Qualifications:

• Male with minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA, especially at the project/site level (construction, mining, or similar industries)
• Strong understanding of recruitment, employee administration, industrial relations, and office asset management
• Experienced in handling general affairs such as facility management, operational vehicles, and local permits
• Experienced in payroll processing and administration
• Up to date with labor laws and government regulations related to employment and manpower
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Willing to be placed at Konawe, Sulawesi Tenggara
