Electrical & Instrument Instructor (Code: HR - ELISIN)
Responsibilities:
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for Electrical & Instrument personnel
- Facilitate classroom, practical, and on-the-job training
- Assess skills and knowledge against competency standards
- Conduct competency assessments and provide feedback
- Prepare, update, and maintain training materials
- Ensure training meets operational standards, company policies, and legal regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical & instrumentation maintenance (preferably mining)
- Certified Training of Trainers Level 4
- Strong reporting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, MCCs
- Familiar with PLCs, SCADA, sensors, and control loops
- Skilled in troubleshooting and calibration
- Willing to be placed at Pani Gold Mine site

Ore Preparation Plant (OPP) Instructor (Code: HR - OPPIN)
Responsibilities:
- Comply with and implement K3L regulations
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for OPP personnel
- Facilitate classroom, practical, and on-the-job training
- Assess skills and knowledge against competency standards
- Conduct competency assessments and provide feedback
- Prepare, update, and maintain training materials
- Ensure training meets operational standards, company policies, and legal regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in OPP operations
- Certified Training of Trainers Level 4
- Strong reporting and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of ore crushing processes and equipment
- Skilled in troubleshooting and PLC systems
- Willing to be placed at Pani Gold Mine site

Mobile Maintenance Instructor (Code: HR - MAININ)
Responsibilities:
- Comply with and implement K3L regulations
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for Mobile Maintenance personnel
- Facilitate classroom, practical, and on-the-job training
- Assess skills and knowledge against competency standards
- Conduct competency assessments and provide feedback
- Prepare, update, and maintain training materials
- Ensure training meets operational standards, company policies, and legal regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile fleet maintenance
- Certified Training of Trainers Level 4
- Strong reporting and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mobile equipment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical mobile maintenance practices in mining
- Willing to be placed at Pani Gold Mine site
