Learning & Development Superintendent

Responsibilities

  • Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
  • Plan, develop, and implement employee training and development programs
  • Conduct training need analysis to identify skill gaps and opportunities for development
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and KPls
  • Support talent development and succession planning, providing coach/mentoring as needed
  • Ensure all programs comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Stay updated on latest Learning & Development trends and recommend improvements

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role preferably in mining industry
  • Strong knowledge of training design, implementation, and evaluation
  • Experience with e-learning, platform and LMS
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
  • Certified Training of Trainers Level 4, and able to create training materials (modules & presentations)
  • Knowledgeable of modern Learning & Development strategies and industry best practices
  • Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Mine site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company

  • Mematuhi dan menerapkan peraturan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja serta Lingkungan (K3L) serta berperan aktif dalam kegiatan dan inisiatif K3L
  • Merencanakan, mengembangkan dan melaksanakan program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan
  • Melakukan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan keterampikan dan peluang pengembangan
  • Mengkoordinasikan dan memfasilitasi pelatihan internal maupun eksternal
  • Memantau dan mengevaluasi efektivas pelatihan melalui feedback dan KPI
  • Mendukung pengembangan talenta dan perencanaan sukesi, termasuk memberikan coaching/mentoring jika diperlukan
  • Memastikan semua program sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan dan peraturan yang berlaku
  • Mengikuti perkembangan tren Learning & Development terbaru dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan

Persyaratan

  • Minimal lulusan Diploma atau Sarjana di bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Psikologi, Pendidikan, Teknik Mekanikal atau bidang terkait
  • Pengalaman minimal 8 tahun di Learning & Development atau Training, dengan minimal 2 tahun di posisi supervise, diutamakan di industri pertambangan
  • Memiliki pengetahuan tentang perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pelatihan
  • Berpengalaman dengan platform e-learning dan Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan interpersonal yang sangat baik
  • Mampu melatih, membimbing, dan mengembangkan karyawan
  • Memiliki sertifikasi Training for Trainers Level 4, dan mampu membuat materi pelatihan (modul & presentasi)

Adsorption Desorption Recovery (ADR) Instructor

Code: HR - ADRIN

Responsibilities

  • Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs for ADR personnel
  • Facilitate classroom, practical, and on-the-job training for ADR personnel
  • Assess skills and knowledge against competency standards to identify development needs
  • Conduct competency assessments and provide targeted feedback to enhance skill growth
  • Prepare, update, and maintain training materials for ADR disciplines
  • Ensure training meets operational standards, company policies, and legal regulations

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years in ADR (Adsorption, Desorption, and Recovery) plant operations or gold processing with previous experience in delivering technical training.
  • Certified Training of Trainers Level 4, and able to create training materials.
  • Strong in preparing systematic and high-quality training reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Strong understanding of ADR processes and equipment in an ADR Plant or gold processing facility using Pressurized Zadra elution method
  • Skilled in chemical handling, troubleshoot process deviations and equipment failures
  • Familiarity with process instrumentation and control systems
  • Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Mine site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company

Persyaratan

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Metalurgi, Pengolahan Mineral, Teknik Kimia, atau jurusan terkait
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di operasional pabrik ADR (Adsorption, Desorption, and Recovery).
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai Instruktur.
  • Memiliki sertifikat Training of Trainers Level 4 dan mampu menyusun materi pelatihan.
  • Terampil membuat pelaporan pelatihan yang sistematis dan berkualitas
  • Terampil dalam mengatasi dan memecahkan masalah terkait tantangan operasional.

Heap Leach Operation (HLO) Instructor

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate classroom, practical, and on-the-job training for HLO personnel

  • Ensure training meets operational standards, company policies, and legal regulations

  • Skilled in cyanide handling, mixing, dosing procedures, and HDPE pipe handling
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational issues in irrigation systems, pumps, and solution flow
  • Familiarity with cyanide code compliance and environmental regulations
  • Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Mine site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company

 

Heap Leach Operation (HLO) Instructor

  • Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi tambang Pani Gold dengan jadwal dan jam kerja yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan
