Lowongan Kerja sebagai IT Helpdesk Officer di Perusahaan Pertambangan

PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and electric motor vehicle batteries.

We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following positions:

IT Helpdesk Officer

Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in IT helpdesk or technical support role is preferred
• Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Pronto) is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist end-users

Key Roles:

• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance (in-person, phone, email, or ticketing system)
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals
• Support user account management (Active Directory, email accounts, permissions, etc.)
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for IT-related needs and ensure proper approval workflow
• Monitor and support ERP Pronto system activities, including user access, troubleshooting, and reporting issues to relevant teams/vendors
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or vendors when necessary
• Ensure all requests and incidents are logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed service levels
• Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT systems, applications, and best practices
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper usage of equipment
• Contribute to IT documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
