PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and electric motor vehicle batteries.

We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI) for the following positions:

IT Infrastructure & Security Supervisor

As the IT Infrastructure & Security Supervisor at PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia, you'll be responsible for oversees IT Field members to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable network operations. The role includes monitoring performance, resolving risks, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with policies and Service Level Agreements (SLA). Additionally, the supervisor drives continuous improvement, adopts new technologies, and fosters teamwork within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication or a related field. With minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations or a similar role, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Having a valid certification of Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), ITIL, COMPTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of Firewall, Manageable Switches, Fiber Optic, Access Point, Radio Two Ways System, CCTV, GPS Tracker, Access Control and Master Television.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for network emergencies.
• Proficient in documentation and report writing.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is considered as advantage.
• Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders.
