Malinau Hijau Lestari (MHL) is establishing a leading wood pellet operation in Malinau and seeking passionate professionals to grow with us.

We're currently seeking dedicated individuals for these key positions:

ASISTEN I QC PLANTATION

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans for QC activities, including identifying the needs for QC tools and materials.
• Supervise the implementation of physical and chemical testing on raw materials, processes, and plantation wood products.
• Monitor the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of plantation outputs throughout the entire plantation process.
• Prepare test results and analysis reports based on data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Agronomy, or Agriculture
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a QC or R&D laboratory, preferably in the wood pellet industry
• Strong understanding of seed and wood quality standards for mills
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to write technical reports.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 1725 (Laboratory Technical Requirements)
• Willing to be placed in Malinau, North Kalimantan, with a roster system

 

 

ASISTEN I AGRONOMIS

Responsibilities

• Develop research and development plans related to energy crops used for wood pellet production.
• Design agronomy programmes along with budgets and required resources in line with company objectives.
• Prepare protocols for new planting trials or modify existing ones.
• Supervise nursery, planting, fertilisation, and crop protection activities.
• Validate and analyse research data collected from operators.
• Prepare periodic reports on research and development progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Forestry, Agricultural Engineering, Agrotechnology, or Biotechnology.
• Experience in agronomy or involvement in energy crop research.
• Knowledge of energy crop cultivation & agronomic techniques
• Strong analytical skills & effective team management
• Agronomy/Forestry certification is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Malinau, North Kalimantan, with a roster system

 

 

KEPALA TATA USAHA MILL

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly work plans for administration, finance, materials, and manpower requirements based on the mill's work plan.
• Manage administrative activities of daily mill operations (factory production).
• Verify and approve cash requests, daily payments, and monthly financial reports for submission to the head office.
• Prepare consolidated reports (finance, logistics, manpower) for management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the related field
• Good understanding of financial systems in the industry, administration, and human resources.
• Proficient in operating accounting software (SAP or similar).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be placed in Malinau, North Kalimantan, with a roster working system
