Open Recruitment - Assay Analyst

1. Assist Shift Analyst/Shift Chemist to ensunng procedure of sample preparation and sample assaying well conducted by Laboratory crew
2. Operate analytical Instrument such as AAS to analyze the elemental content in samples
3. Prepare draft reports of sample results obtained from analytical instrument.
4. Ensure chemicals and consumables are available as needed.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 (one) year in mineral assay Laboratory
2. Having knowledge of mineral assay technique and its instrument
3. Able to operate AAS Specifically Agilent AA-55 (preferable)
4. Minimum SMA-Analls Kimia/ SMAK
5. Fast learner, diligent and team leader

1. Ensuring working procedures of sample preparation and sample assaying well conducted by Laboratory crew.
2. Analyze and interpret test data, report deviations and assist investigations.
3. Create preliminary reports on sample test results according to target
4. Support method development and validation activities as needed.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years in mineral assay Laboratory.
2. Having knowledge of mineral assay technique and its instrument
3. Able to operate analytical instrument such as AAS and ICP-OES
4. Having a good understanding of quality control principle and test result evaluations
5. Minimum SMA - Analis Kimia / SMAK.
6. Familiarity with quality system such as ISO 17025
