HR Compensation & Benefit

Responsibilities:

• Process and ensure payroll is administered accurately, completely, and on schedule.
• Manage employee compensation & benefits programs, including salary, allowances, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan, medical benefits (Administrative Service Only/ASO), DPLK program, and other entitlements.
• Handling employee administration processes (employee database, employment contracts, and Medical Check Up monitoring).
• Ensure tax compliance in line with company policies and government regulations.
• Develop, manage, and monitor HR Work Program & Budget (WP&B), ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial planning.
• Oversee HRIS systems, ensuring proper functionality, data integrity, and optimal utilization.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.
• Experience engaging with key stakeholders, including SKK Migas, the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker), and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good command of other MS Office applications.
• Human Resources Management Certification is required; Compensation & Benefits certification will be an added value.
