Management Trainee in SPS Corporate will be trained to be a manager within 3-5 years of working

MT Production/Maintenance/ PPIC

• Min GPA 3.00 from Chemical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering major.

MT HRD

• Min GPA 3.00 from Psychologi/ Law major.

MT Accounting

• Min GPA 3.00 from Accounting/ Tax Accounting major.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL CANDIDATES:

• Will stay in worker's mess in the factory location
• Willing to work hard in flexible time
• Able to work high pressure
• Willing to compete and accept new challenges
• Able to speak other languages (English, Mandarin, etc.) is a plus
• Must be from reputable top university in Indonesia, fresh graduate max 25 years old
• Willing to be placed anywhere (in Indonesia)
