Finance & Treasury Department Head

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Finance & Treasury, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in the mining industry is mandatory, preferably in coal mining.
• Strong knowledge of project financing structures, banking, and financial risk management.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury operations.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and advanced MS Excel skills.
